Book a Program

If you would like to explore booking a program with us, we encourage you to start by reviewing the following information.

Services / Content:

Here are the kinds of programs we have readily available:

  • Interactive lectures (presentations with audience polling and Q&A) – topics available here
  • Interactive workshops (longer format / includes small group discussions) – topics available here

Designing something more custom may be an option, given enough advanced notice. For example, a Deep Dive Dialogue series (longer format / includes facilitator-led small group cohorts, featuring fundamental topics in early sessions, customized topics in later ones), requires considerable planning and careful scheduling. So several months lead time is generally advisable.

We also offer hourly consulting services and frequently participate in panels and other program formats.

Pricing:

We use a sliding fee structure based on organization type and size. When you contact us, we will provide a custom price quote for you. In the meantime, here are some general price ranges:

  • Lectures (up to 2.5 hours): $1,000 – $4,500
  • Workshops (up to 4 hours): $3,000 – $6,000
  • Panel discussions and other miscellaneous appearances: $500 – $1,500
  • Deep Dive Dialogue Series (includes small group dialogue led by our trained facilitators): $4,500 – $11,000
  • Hourly consulting: $150-250/hour
  • Additional program fees may apply for logistical upgrades like temporary access to a video recording

Our sliding fee structure can be seen here. It’s a helpful resource if we aren’t available to provide a price quote quickly enough for your needs, but otherwise we recommend just waiting to hear from us with a quote.

Logistics:

  • For our safety and the safety of our clients, all of our services are currently being delivered in an online format. As the coronavirus pandemic recedes, we may be able to provide an in-person program, depending on the physical facilities available and public health circumstances at the time. Please check with us.
  • Our Program FAQs cover details like our standard policies for online programs. Please note that each tab along the top has different questions listed, so be sure to check out the “Online Programs” tab especially.

Scheduling:

  • We prefer at least a month’s notice for booking new programs when possible, though we do our best to accommodate more last minute requests.
  • We book on a first come, first served basis, so availability is always subject to change.
  • If you’re fairly serious about moving forward, giving us a tentative date & time helps us hold availability for you right away.
  • If you have flexibility for scheduling, let us know the general timeframe that interests you and we can provide options.

Process:

Gail DeClark is our current Client Booking and Support Specialist, assisted by our online Technical Support Specialist, David Greenley. To simplify the process of booking programs, we do things in the following order:

  1. Initial information: Review the information above and then contact us with information about your needs and preferences. Please provide as much detail as possible. Gail and David will answer any initial questions you have and schedule a call to discuss more in depth. For questions and planning re: program content and/or designing a more specialized program, you may meet once with NDP’s Lead Educators Reggie and Dr. Fran, if needed.
  2. Confirm details: We will work together to confirm a date/time, program format, topic, and price.
  3. Submit Form: Once we agree on the basics, we will ask you to fill out our Program Details Form to get started on the paperwork.
  4. Paperwork & Logistics: We will discuss any final logistical questions, send a contract for you to sign, and send an invoice for down payment (if applicable). Once we have completed this step, Gail or David will let you know and hand you off to the presenters for final planning.
  5. Promotions: Once the contract is signed, you can access our headshots, bios, and program descriptions to promote the program. If you want to use something different, send us what you have in mind for review and approval.
  6. Planning: When the time comes, Gail or David will put you in direct contact with the presenter for that program so you can reach them as needed and get ready to present your program!
